Fraser Mann
Fraser Mann has been the Professional at Musselburgh since
1995. Before that he was club Professional at Ballater Golf
Club. Fraser is a former European Tour Member and his most
recent highlights include winning the "North Open Championship"
and the "The Scottish Professionals Championship"
at Gleneagles in 2002 (recent winners have included Sam Torrance,
Paul Lawrie, Ross Drummond and Andrew Oldcorn to name but
a few.). Also gaining qualification to the PGA Cup Team, the
Club Professionals version of the Ryder Cup. Although Fraser
has greatly reduced his playing commitments he is currently
in the Top 10 of this years Tartan Tour order of merit.
Coaching facilities
Fraser has considerable experience in all aspects of learning
and improving the golf game. A former teaching professional
in the Middle East (1984-1988) where Fraser coached members
of the National Team.
As club professional at Ballater Golf Club pupils included
HRH Prince Andrew. Frasers current pupils include Lee Harper
the 1999 Scottish Boys International and champion. We have
two practice areas, which include short game and putting green.
